The woven outer layer (96% polyester/4% spandex ) is soft and flexible, and provides the first line of defense against rain, wind, and surf. The inner lining, a 100% polyester microfleece, guarantees unbelievable warmth and comfort. And between those two layers is the secret weapon: a laminated film insert that cuts wind and resists water for up to 1000 mm without compromising breathability.
